Raw English light Triffle (from soya and banana)



My english triffle without a cake is really easy made and sooo tasty and light! The most important is, that it doesn't make you... you know like you have some stone in your stomach, cause it's so light like a feather. It is one of my innovations of typical great delicious dessert made for years.

Yo will need> Soya yoghurt
                        Sweetener, I use mostly Agave syrup
                        Nuts, chopped into middle sized pieces, I use hazelnuts
                        Chopped banana


                     

Mix yogurt with syrup or any sweetener to your taste. At the bottom of your glass, give some chopped banana pieces, cover with a yogurt, cover with bananas, cover with two spoons of yogurt and finally add some chopped nuts.

My advise 1: If you have some cakes, cookies, homemade of course, vegan or raw, you can add them chopped at the bottom of your glass. Then cover with two spoons of yogurt, bananas, yogurt, bananas... Just mix it as you like, cause this is just a basic recipe.

My advise 2: Of course you can add some other kinds of fruit or some spices, f.e.: cinnamon, rose-apple clove spice or any other you like.

Môj anglický triffle je ľahučký bez cesta. Ľahký aj čo sa receptu týka ale aj chuťovo. Patrí k jednej z mojich inovácií tradičného veľmi chutného receptu s dlhou tradíciou.

Potrebujeme: Banán, sojový jogurt, orechy a sladidlo podľa chuti napr. agáve sirup či stévia

Pomiešajte jogurt so sirupom. Naspodok pohára dajte posekaný banán, pokryte jogurtom, dajte vrstvu banánov, dve lyžice jogurtu a doplňte orechmi.

1. verzia: Ak máte napečené, alebo pripravené raw koláčiky resp. vegan pridajte ich naspodok, ak máte radi takúto verziu. Potom pokračujte podľa receptu.

2.Verzia: Môžete pridať aj iné druhy ovocia a korení. Napríklad škoricu, klinčeky  a iné.
